The Mid-Week Course
Tuesday 5 PM – Thursday 1 PM
Cost: 5000 NRs

The Mid-Week Course offers an introduction to Tibetan  Buddhist practice and meditation.

This course aims to share tools to start your own meditation practice or build on your current practice.

Sessions of yoga are included in the program. Daily vegetarian food and two nights accommodation are provided.

Everyone is welcome to attend the Mid-Week Course.

12.30 pm     Break and Library time

2.30 pm       Discussion group

3. 30 pm       Tea Break

4.00 pm       Teaching and Q&A

5.15 pm        Hatha Yoga

6.30 pm        Dinner  (Silence after Dinner)

7.30 pm         Evening Meditation
